The legendary GRAMMY-winning trio made up of Ry Cooder, Sharon White and Ricky Skaggs will be hitting the second leg of their ‘Songs For The Good People’ tour starting on July 16 with a stop in Apple Valley, Minn.

On the ‘CWS’ tour, songs to be played include country standards, gospel, and bluegrass running the gamut from Hank Williams and Flatt and Scruggs to Buck Owens and Hank Snow.

“It’s a toe-tapping good time when legendary guitarist Ry Cooder, singer Sharon White and country/bluegrass singer Ricky Skaggs combine their Grammy-winning talents and expert musical skills on stage” exclaims The Salt Lake Tribune, in a review about their first show in Salt Lake City. They continue, “The trio dusted off the old country playbooks, pulling out versions of Hank Williams’ ‘A Mansion on the Hill,’ Roy Acuff’s poignant ‘No One Will Ever Know’ and giving Buck Owens’ ‘Above and Beyond the Call of Love’ an enjoyable South-of-the-Border sound.”

Salt Lake Magazine says, “The trio especially hit their sweet spot when harmonizing. They were backed by an exceptional band, most notably the 84-year-old Buck White—father of Sharon White—on piano.”

Music lovers everywhere will enjoy this most special collection of songs, full of first-rate musicianship that you’d be hard pressed to find anywhere else.
